People affected by this disease are called HIV positive. The main function of this virus is to make the immune system of the human body useless. This virus makes all the organs and systems of the body gradually useless and helps to cause all the diseases in the body.
Day by day this disease is becoming an epidemic. This disease is not caused by normal daily activities and interactions, even breathing, eating, and just having sex. Also, this disease occurs due to various reasons.

1. The virus can be spread through promiscuous and illicit sex and other unusual sexual activities.
2. HIV germs enter the body when having sex with a person infected with this disease.
3. The virus enters the child's body from an infected mother to a pregnant child or through breastfeeding.
4. Nowadays drug addiction has become a big problem. As a result, the disease occurs as a result of many taking drugs at the same time through the same syringe during intoxication.
5. If the blood of a person infected with this disease enters the body of a healthy person, it can be infected.
6. Injecting syringes, various surgical instruments inserted into the body of an HIV-infected person can spread the disease if they are mistakenly used in the body of a healthy person.
7. The virus can spread from saliva and fluid from wounds on the gums and body wounds of people with HIV.
Symptoms of the disease:
1. Fever, persistent fever for 10 days or more.
2. Ulcers on the tongue, lips, throat and genitals.
3. Appearance of physical weakness.
4. Pain in the mouth and throat while eating something.
5. Dry cough continues.
6. Night sweats all over the body.
7. Swelling of the body's lymph nodes or lymph glands.
8. Persistent diarrhea continues.
9. Loss of body weight.
10. Gradual wasting of body parts.
Treatment:
Death of a person with AIDS is usually inevitable. Because there is no proper treatment for it. However, there are some medicines that help the affected person to get well temporarily.
For example:
1. Consult a doctor and get proper treatment.
2. Take the help of advanced treatment regimen ART.
3. Be by the side of the afflicted patient and increase mental strength.
4. Medicines, water and healthy food should be taken on time.
5. People living with HIV should be encouraged to work without depriving them of their daily activities.
Prevention:
1. Awareness about this disease should be increased among the common people.
2. Condoms should be used during sexual intercourse.
3. Proper diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases is very important. Consult a doctor for any sexually transmitted diseases.
4. Use a syringe only once when giving or taking blood or injecting.
5. Get blood test done before marriage.
6. Mother should be tested for HIV in early pregnancy.
